Contract Administration; Claim Strategy and Documentation

This project was designed and constructed as the most significant nanotechnology research center in Canada.  Both design and construction respected the highest scientific standards for control of vibration, humidity, electromagnetic radiation, sound and temperature.  As construction progressed and this emerging science advanced, the Owner/Consultant was required to introduce new design concepts into the scope of construction.
