Baseline Planning & Scheduling and Updates Throughout Construction

The occupancy of this twin tower condo development of 57 and 67 stories was delayed by the late delivery and installation of the curtain wall envelope.  Pearson Consulting was engaged by the Owner/Developer to conduct a detailed delay analysis and produce an Expert Report for the contemplated arbitration.  Subsequently, the parties settled the dispute through negotiation.
