Expert Delay Analysis and Responding Report

The location of an intricate system of underground pipework was required to precisely align with the many tanks at different elevations throughout the building.  This resulted in the mechanical subcontractor employing positioning techniques not commonly adopted.  The resulting schedule delays in below grade work continued throughout the construction period causing delay to the commercially sensitive opening of the facility.  Pearson was retained to conduct time impact analysis throughout the period of underground pipe installation.
