Services: Expert Delay Analysis, Report and Testimony

The project consisted of the engineering, procurement and construction of a 10MW solar farm in south-eastern Ontario.  The IPP Owner procured the photovoltaic panels, all racking and the inverters with the EPC Contractor providing the design and construction of civil and electrical work to the 80 acre site.  Retained by counsel to the Owner, Pearson produced an Expert Rebuttal to the EPC Contractor’s claim submission which sought compensable delay entitlement and loss of labour productivity.
