Expert Delay Analysis and Report

This CFL stadium with its unique roof design supported by arched trusses on super-columns some 450ft apart, necessitated substantial design, fabrication and erection of falsework structures.  Steelwork activities formed the critical path of the overall project – and the start of the new football season.  Pearson was retained by counsel to the structural steel contractor to examine delay caused by the GC’s failure to progress foundations and other civil work in accordance with our client’s subcontract.
