Delay and Disruption Analysis During Fit-Out; Negotiation Support

Within the Lease Agreement, dates were stipulated for the completion of the building shell and the start of the Lessee’s fit-out.  Pearson Consulting was engaged to conduct a delay analysis to asses the impact of building shell delays upon the Lessee’s fit-out work.  Negotiation, including hottubbing sessions between Experts resulted in an equitable settlement.
