Delay Analysis and Report; Support During Negotiation

The construction of a dam at Lock 37 represented the start of the rebuilding of the historic Trent Severn Waterway System.  The project consisted of the preparation of site access roads, environmental protection, cofferdams and dewatering, temporary waterway diversions, shoring and installation of all temporary structures.  Found conditions leading to design/scope changes resulted in delay and sequencing impact to our client’s work.
