The project is one of only two suspension bridges in the world which have undertaken complete deck structure replacement.  As frequently occurs on unique construction projects, conditions, designs, schedules and construction was inconsistent with the conditions found during execution.  Pearson Consulting was engaged to produce a most exacting delay analysis based upon an unusually large document production.
