Consisting of 26 wind turbines generating a total of 75MW, the service date in the Power Purchase Agreement associated with Ontario’s Feed-in-Tarif program resulted in a compressed construction schedule and significant construction acceleration by the erection contractor and its various subtrades.  Pearson was engaged to assist the IPP owner in establishing delay, acceleration and cost responsibilities.
